Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend. I'm still in the process of moving. Most of the stuff left is - what else? - mosaic supplies!I am all out of favorite mosaics from others, so I thought I'd post my own favorite mosaic made by me. It's called "Lily Pads" and is an abstract interpretation of lily pads in water. I used stained glass, mirror and glass gems on a ten inch candle plate from Ikea (do they have the best substrates or what?).
It's my favorite mosaic, because I love the colors and the sparkle from the mirror tiles and gems. I'm also proud of it, because it's my first serious mosaic.
