A Few More Night Scenes

There is one more week to complete your "Night Scene" pieces for the Mosaic Challenge ending August 31. Above you'll see the three most recent entries. I love the variety and interpretations!


Please make sure your pieces are added HERE, by the end of the day, August 31, to be included in the voting. Everyone is invited to vote between September 1 and 7 for their favorite three pieces, and those three pieces will receive a prize from Tammy at Glass Tile of Okalahoma.

Ch #26 - The Beatles Songs

Hi Everyone,

I love the challenge that's ending September 30, "The Beatles Songs", and I'm not the only one. We already have six gorgeous entries, and the interesting thing is that there have been no duplicates of song titles yet.

This challenge runs from July 11 through September 30, so there is plenty of time to get creative with this one.

Ch #24 COFFEE Challenge Favorites Announced

Hi Everyone,

What a bunch of fantastic entries for a fantastic challenge idea from Pat Mitchell (MosaicWench).

Thank you to everyone who participated by entering a piece or voting.

As seems to happen often in this group, the person who thought up the challenge won the challenge.


Congratulations, Pat, on creating the number one favorite piece, "Java Jive".




The first runner up piece is, "Percolation", by Chris Emmert.
I love the zen feel of this entry.




The second runner up piece is, "Ahhh, Coffee", made by Jenny (WackyWeeder). Congratulations, Jenny!

The Coffee Challenge just ended July 31, and we have six fantastic entries. See better details here.


When you've decided on your three favorites, please send me a Flickr Mail at Millimomo or a regular email at Millimomo@gmail.com with the number of the piece and the artists' names. You have through August 7 to vote, and the three favorites will be announced August 8.


This is the first month that all three favorites will receive prizes. I'm so excited about this! Tammy, from Glass Tile of Oklahoma, has kindly agreed to give all three faves a gift certificate to her wonderful store. Check it out here.
