Hello Everyone!
Sorry it's been so long since I posted anything here, but life was a little crazy there for a month or two.
I just wanted to post some photos of the finished swirls for the Swirl Challenge which will be ending October 31.
Challenge Guidelines: The swirl is to be on a 6 inch by 6 inch square, flat surface. Artists are invited to finish their swirls and keep them for themselves, or to do them on mesh and send them to Lin Schorr (Linlee8 on Flickr).
Lin plans to display the swirls at her show next fall. The hope is that someone will want to purchase the Swirl "Quilt", and the proceeds will go to a charity to be determined.
Additionally, she plans to put together a small book on the entire process. It's very exciting!

Wow! These are really colorful when you see them all put together. The mosaic quilt mural is going to be amazing! It's wonderful to think that work from each of us will be all together in one place. I thoroughly enjoy all the mosaic challenges you organize for us. THANK YOU! And thanks to Tammy at the Tile Shack, too.
